Use this filler bag in combination with other filler bags or by itself to give you variable weight options. The Sandbag System can be filled with combinations of sand “Filler” bags or with any combination of three "Slammer" medicine balls. Max weight is 80lbs (two large filler bags filled with sand) or 3 x 30lb Slammer Balls.

Medium Filler Bag – 22in length x 8in width
Make sure you have our Sandbag Outer Shell to hold you filler bag. Also, consider getting a large and/or small filler bags to allow you to vary the weight combinations you have in your Sandbag Training System.

Large Filler Bag – 30in length x 9in width
Small Filler Bag – 17in length x 4.5in width
